her body. Due to the severity of the injuries, the victim died from multiple organ failure

immediately appeared at the doorstep. X then suddenly pinned Z to the floor. Y
forcefully removed Z’s skirt and panty, removed his shorts placed himself on top of Z,
and consummated the rape. May X be charged with rape committed by sexual
intercourse?
