1. The only person authorized to put an acrylic in a business.
2. No businesses are allowed into the circuit unless the business has an acrylic and the relationship is
established.
3. On the spreadsheet of businesses if there is no acrylic in the business it will remain at the bottom
below the redline. Once the acrylic is in the business we can move it into the completed category

1. Kevin will only replace the flyers, not maintain the relationships or set deals to have acrylics in
businesses.

MONDAY TASKS: PREPARATIONS FOR WEEKEND EVENTS

1. Double Check: Make sure all the Google links are updated:
a. Calendar Events Assets
b. Create the template blast: make sure all Promo videos, animated flyers, flyers, price sheets &
guestlist details have been dispersed to the team and are accurate.

groups driving guests to the guestlist link specifically.

2. Double-check the group that is about to blast and make sure it delivered
a. If We see anyone left reach out to them and ask why they left the group

3. Create the template for the affiliate partner's TV ads
a. Do the size accordingly
b. Send to the Director to get approval
c. Once approved the material assets will be posted for upcoming weeks’ events in all WhatsApp
groups driving guests to the guestlist link specifically.

4. Updating Day To Day spreadsheet, anything new updated and follow up to the ones that are still
pending status

a. Add a Google folder to put all the assets material director to check and get approval
b. Once it is approved the POST EVENTS BLASTS: Coworking, Concierge & Commish
c. Touch-based with the other affiliates and inform them the upcoming events
d. Responding to any messages regarding guestlist submissions/ payments issues
questions/complaints/promo code issues/table bookings etc
3. 12.00noon – 01.00 pm Lunch Break
4. 01.00 pm Make sure that “Affiliates Assets” folders are updated with any new art as soon as received
from the Marketing Department (see SOP)
5. 02.00 pm Onboarding any new affiliates (see SOP)
6. Forward any Table Reservations to the Director to be approved and confirmed
7. Update “2023 Bali Venue, Party & Affiliates List” This is the list of venues, parties, and community
groups on the island of Bali. If anything new is noticed update the sheet immediately
8. 5:00 pm - open the spreadsheet promotions outreach task add any Uploads and reply to any
submission before leaving the office or signing off for the day. All submissions need to be added that
have been sent in. Transfer any client data into the promotions outreach spreadsheet.
9. Analyze GL Data from the prior weekend, qualify sort bdays, Key Guest Into WA
10. WA Clients that attended the weekend and say Thankyou

TUESDAY
TUESDAY TASKS (REPORTING & ORGANIZATION DAY)
1. TOP PRIORITY: Get the material for printing IMMEDIATELY (follow the instructions from the director
and create the mapping)
2. Request from marketing dept (Alice): If the assets requested by the director are ready to be sent to
printing
3. Request from marketing dept (Alice): for the assets to be put into the folder for printing vendors
4. Make sure that the assets are correctly done as the director requested
5. Send out current weekend events flyers to the affiliated digital marketing team to post on their
Instagram feed/stories.
6. Create a deadline for printing vendors
7. Please make an appointment to inform them that we will drop off the flyer’s replacements
8. Create mapping for route delivery of the material artwork

FRIDAY
FRIDAY TASK: PROMO AND VISIT DAY PLAN
1. Constantly inputting incoming guestlist requests via UR VENUE and by text messages. Fridays this is a
huge focus as we have the majority of the list for this weekend coming in
2. Visit the venues, and meet the managers/Owners’ high-level management team from the affiliates – if
they are not there ask to make an appointment
3. Making sure affiliates sheets are updated with all the target business to be completed
4. Take a picture of the assets and send it to the Promotions outreach group with notifying status
Approved, updated/ Need to follow up later
5. Updated the lists in the spreadsheet including the notes
6. Onboarding any new affiliates starting the appointment to visit and inform the collaboration proposal
for a reason to visits
