This circular is issued to act as a ready reckoner guide for Crew to highlight differences
between Portable and existing installed EFB features.
Crew / Flight Dispatchers are advised to familiarize themselves with the changes.

2.0 ONBOARD PERFORMANCE TOOL (OPT)
