Subject to the continued satisfactory operation of the Organization’s Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and Social Accountability
Management System; and subject to successful completion of annual surveillance audits,
this Certificate is valid until: 25th April, 2021

This Certificate Bearing Registration No. ECR/50828 has been issued on the basis of Euro VERITAS Ltd. indigenous Procedure / Scheme No.
EVL/BIF/C-A/3020/C-4; a surveillance audit being successfully carried out by Euro Veritas Ltd approved auditors at the Organization’s premises, and
audit report submitted before the Technical Review Committee. The audit report has been approved, based on which the certificate has been re-
validated. This certificate shall be deemed to be suspended if Re-Validation is not carried out before 25th April, 2021. The certificate shall be considered
cancelled and removed from all databases, if Re-Validation is not conducted before 25th May, 2021.This certificate of conformity is based on an
evaluation of the management system(s), Verification No E/14/600B-SPX/164/V, Test report No. E/14/600B-SPX/164/T, other document(s) of
conformity, pertaining to a sampled product(s) within the categories mentioned above. It is based on the conformity of selected sample(s) with the
requirements of ANSI/BIFMA X5.1:2017, verified through voluntary tests, produced reports and demonstrated assurances during the audit. This
attestation applies, limited to the scope as mentioned above, the expiry date and re-demonstration of conformity by the client, at any given point of
time. The detailed test results and standard(s) used as well as the operation mode are listed and verified.

The Certificate does not imply total assessment of the production processes/ system and does not permit the usage of EVL Logo. The applicant of the
certificate is authorized to use this certificate in conjunction with other documents of conformity, limited to the appropriateness of the Technical
Report & Documentation. This document does not imply any partnership, membership, endorsement or representation as a member of BIFMA.
This Certificate is the Property of Euro VERITAS Ltd. to whom it must be returned on request. Further Clarifications regarding the scope of this
Certificate and the applicability may be obtained by consulting the Organization. Issuance of this Certificate is based on unbiased and independent
assessment as on the Original Approval Date as is mentioned above. This is not a document either issued by and/ or governed by, the Court of Law,
