MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets the terms and understanding

between VANAJ, THE COMMERCE SOCIETY and COMSOC to ensure that the
person associated adheres to the motive. It will help both the below
mentioned parties and hence bring forth multiple mutual benefit.

DELIVERABLES EXPECTED FROM MAC COMMERCE SOCIETY:

1. 40 Instagram Followers
2. 25 LinkedIn followers
3. One collaborative post on any relevant topic
4. Online promotion through Instagram stories and whatsapp groups

DELIVERABLES TO MAC COMMERCE SOCIETY:

1. 40 Instagram Followers
2. 25 LinkedIn followers
3. One collaborative post on any relevant topic
4. Online promotion through Instagram stories and whatsapp groups
 DURATION:
This MOU is valid for the academic session 2023-24.
It shall become effective upon signatures by authorised officials.

CLAUSE:
This MOU is at-will and may be modified by mutual consent of
authorised officials.
In the case of any dispute to any aspect of academic co-operation, it will
jointly resolve in the spirit of independence, mutual respect and shared
responsibility.
The MOU can be renewed and extended upon the will of both the
parties.
