Senior Manager HR

• You will have an HR business partner responsibility for supporting all the business/Projects leaders and employees in
Statkraft India and ensure that all the HR processes are implemented and followed up according to Statkraft global and
local policies.
• Partner with line/project managers, be a trusted advisor in all HR related processes
• Provide input to the Business and M&A team on due diligence reporting and integration of newly acquired projects in
India
• Participate in the global HR projects and drive the deployment & design of local HR policies and practices in India
• Understand and appreciate working life in project sites and develop and support the sites on developing robust HR
policies and procedures.
• Align and collaboration with Corporate HR at Statkraft Headquarters in Norway
• Partner with leaders in building the competence and talent pool and hire the right people
• Ideate and create new employee services which are fit to purpose
• Identify and design processes that can be automated in HR and develop analytical dashboards
• Drive the compensation module for India and able to understand & implement job evaluation process esp. HAY
methodology
• Lead in setting payroll and HR operations function
• Hands on experience on strengthening HR operations and follow up on labour compliances/audits in India
• Design and develop policies for expats & inpats in India and drive the internal mobility agenda in Statkraft
• Develop and implement HR master data through global interface and tools
• Work with the global teams on HR operations and shared services model
About you:

We look for experienced Human Resource Manager with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy
solutions. That includes:

• Preferably master’s degree in business administration with HR specialisation, from reputed institutes
• 12-15 years of experience from a broad HR generalist, Operations and Labour Compliances. Working knowledge of
M&A transactions and HR due diligence/integration will be an add on skill.
• Good business understanding and commercial acumen
• Positive and optimistic approach towards new systems and is able to align and adapt well with the change
• Result-oriented personality who thinks of solutions
• Efficient team player who can develop a high-performance & motivated team
• Enjoy working in a matrix organization in a challenging and demanding international environment
• Professional with high level of integrity and work ethics
• Ability to manage employee events/outbound session/townhalls at large scale
• Agility and collaboration skills
• Networking and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
• Hands-on with ability of seeing the big picture in HR & business requirements
• Excellent communication & documentation skills
• Certification in labour compliances is preferable
