Discussion
A broiler is any chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus) that is bred and raised
specifically for the purpose of meat production. Some breeds of commercial
broilers reach slaughter weight as early as four weeks old. Common breeds of
broiler chickens are Ross 308, Hubbard and COB500.

Problem Statement
Which broiler breed (Ross 308/Hubbard) will gain the most weight in six weeks?

Hypothesis
Hubbard will gain the most weight at the end of the six-week period.
