Introduce yourself.

Hello sir,

Thankyou for allowing me to introduce myself.

I am Kunche Sai Aravind. I am from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Currently, I am residing in

Surat, Gujarat. I am moving to Delhi in a week to continue my research work at CRRI
(Central Road Research Institute).

I have completed my schooling with 9.8 CGPA out of 10 and intermediate with 95.6 from my
hometown itself.

I have done my B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological

University-Kakinada in 2021 and in the same year I have joined M.Tech in Transportation
Engineering and Planning section at SVNIT till June 2023.

I am skilled in Transportation engineering including Geometric Design, Pavement

Engineering and traffic engineering.

So far, I have completed around 4 projects and 2 internships in my Btech and Mtech.

As I have told before, I have got a chance to do my research work from CRRI New Delhi
under Dr. Deepa S , Scientist in the Pavement evaluation division, for a period of 4 months.

In my leisure time, I love to play volleyball, listen music and watch movies.

Thankyou that’s all about myself.

Why should we hire you?

I am a self-motivated and very open-minded person, passionate about pursuing a career in

this industry. Looking at the job description and my experience in the field of Transportation
engineering, I am confident that I am a great fit for this role. In addition to being a
transportation engineer, I am a transport planner too which makes me different from
postgraduates from other NITs as all Nits don’t offer this course. I enjoy solving problems
and I am a great team player too. I also believe that my values are aligned with this
company’s values. I think this position will support my interest and also give me interesting
and exciting opportunities to contribute to the growth of this organization. So hence, I can be
a great asset to your company.
What Can You Bring to the Company?

You need a graduate engineer who is motivated, eager, and professional

I feel that with my current skill sets and experience in the Transportation engineering domain,
the job requirements needed for this role are a perfect match for me.

Some of the ongoing projects with TCE are Central vista, Agra metro, NAVI Mumbai
international airport connectivity of road, Ahmedabad- Mumbai bullet train project, Lucknow
smart City, and Haldwani CMP.

So I could contribute significantly to any of these projects as we are well versed with all
these concepts in my masters, hence, contributing to the growth of the transportation sector of
the company.

And also, I could visualize myself in that role as it is aligned with my career aspirations,
skills, and expertise and bring success to the company.

Why do you want to join TCE?

As a fresher, I need a platform to implement my theoretical knowledge to practical

knowledge.

TCE is one among the leading engineering consulting firms that I have always been looking
forward to work in.

I have done a little research and taken testimony from my seniors and found that TCE is an
organization of opportunities where talent is always recognized.

Fresh graduates through the Young Engineer Development program facilitate smooth
transition from campus/student life to corporate life.

What excited me about TCE is the opportunity to learn and use latest technical tools and
knowledge with complete freedom to work in an encouraging atmosphere.

I have been told that we have the freedom to choose what we want to be in TCE like we have
a chance to choose to be a design engineer or a project management professional or a
technology expert.
So I think TCE is the perfect place for me to demonstrate my expertise and I am sincerely
looking forward to a long-lasting association with TCE in the years to come.

What are your Strengths?

I can think of my communication skills as my strength. For an engineer, it is important to

effectively translate technical complexities into layman’s terms which I think I have.

Also, when I am working on a new area or a new topic, to get knowledge about the field, I
love to read textbooks continuously for hours and hours till I finish it to keep myself updated.
So I can say learning continuously and staying focused on my work are also my strengths.

What are your weakness?

Coming to weakness I get nervous when talking to a large of people. But I got an opportunity
to overcome this weakness when I was allotted to take a class to my juniors. So I can
confidently say that I have overcome this weakness of mine.

Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?

After 5 years I would like to see myself in a great position in TCE being a more mature,
experienced, knowledgeable and responsible person. Even I want to make a good relationship
with all the office members and staff.

Are you willing to relocate?

Yes, I do not have any problem with relocation. As you can see after my 10 th class I moved to
another city for intermediate and B.tech. Now I am living in Surat during my Mtech. I am
moving to Delhi for the next few months. So yes, I am flexible to relocate anywhere.
