1. Fish and Chips
Fish and chips is a hot dish consisting of a large white fish (usually cod or
haddock) coated in batter and deep fried to crispy perfection. Traditionally, in the
UK served with chunky chips never with fries. Fish and chips became popular in
wider circles in London and South East England in the middle of the 19th century.

2. Steak and Kidney Pie / Pudding


The filling is composed of diced steak combined with chopped onion and kidney,
usually from a pig or lamb. This mixture is cooked with brown gravy, then
encased in pastry and baked. It's usually accompanied by mashed potatoes, green
beans, and lots of gravy.

Rendang is a traditional food originating from Minangkabau, West Sumatra.
Rendang is commonly made with beef with special sauce containing a high
