    Clinical Practice Goals

     Use integrative nursing principles within my practice to give patients the best care

    possible.

    o Person-centered and relationship-based nursing care.

    o Focus on the health and wellbeing of caregivers as well as those they serve.

    Continuing Education Goals

     Enroll into the University of Arizona College of Nursing’s master nursing program within

    three years of becoming a nurse.

    o Elevate my nursing knowledge to improve my care.

    o Refine my practice and have more opportunities for growth in the future.
