1. About Beihang University

Beihang University (Beihang University for short) was founded in 1952. It is the first

aerospace institution of higher learning in New China and one of the first batch of "double

first-class" universities in China.

Beihang's disciplines are prosperous and distinctive, covering 10 disciplines including

engineering, science, management, liberal arts, law, economics, philosophy, education,

medicine, and cross-disciplinary. Obvious achievements in aerospace science and technology,

instrument science and technology, materials science and engineering, software engineering,

control science and engineering, computer science and technology, mechanics, transportation

engineering, management science and engineering, biomedical engineering and other disciplines

2. Enrollment objects

1、Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy, of good conduct, and friendly to China. In

principle, they must be between 18 and 22 years old, and have a high school diploma or above.

2. Non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports and complying withMinistry of Education

Teaching Foreign Letter [2020] Document No. 12and other relevant regulations.

3、The language proficiency must reach HSK level 5 (inclusive) or above in the Chinese

Proficiency Test, with a score of no less than 180 points.

4. Application steps

Step 1: Register an account and pay the registration fee

Log inhttp://admission.buaa.edu.cn/, fill in the registration information and pay the registration fee

according to the online requirements.

Step 2: Submit application materials online

Upload relevant materials online as requiredScanned copy of original：

1. Ordinary passport (valid after September 30, 2024). Applicants in mainland China also need to

provide the current valid visa page or residence permit page.

2. Highest academic certificate

*Fresh graduates can provide a certificate of expected graduation issued by their school

(check the original high school diploma when registering)

3. Transcripts of all high school courses

4. Foreigner’s physical examination form and blood test report valid within 6 monthsClick to

5. HSK level 5 or above (including level 5) Chinese proficiency certificate, with a score of no

less than 180 points

6. Guarantee letter from the financial guarantor and bank deposit certificate of no less than 4

years of total tuition feesClick to download the "Letter of Economic Guarantee" reference

7. Applicant’s birth certificate

 8. Documents proving the nationality of both parents when the applicant was born (including

proof of permanent residence abroad)

9. Certificate of no criminal record issued by the local public security authority and valid

within 6 months

10. Letter of Integrity Commitment to ensure that the materials provided by the applicant are

true and valid. If any authenticity issues are found in the application materials, the application

11. Applicants who are under 18 years old on July 1, 2024 must submit a notarized

"Guarantee of Guarantee". The guardian should be an adult who lives in Beijing and has financial

12. Other supplementary materials required by the school

*If the above application materials are in a text other than Chinese or English, a notarized

translation is also required.

*No need to submit paper application materials

*After the online application is successfully submitted, please be sure to pay attention to the

status changes of the online application system and your personal email address in a timely

manner

5. Fees

l registery fee:RMB 400, pay online. (Regardless of whether the application is successful or not,

the registration fee will not be refunded)

l Educational system:4 years, the maximum study period is 6 years

l tuition fee:

Science and engineering, economics and management, and grammar majors: 25,000

yuan/year
 School of Biological and Medical Engineering majors and art majors: 30,000 yuan/year

l insurance:3,200 yuan/4 years. All students are required to purchase comprehensive medical

insurance.

l Accommodation fee: Double room in international student dormitory: 750~1200

yuan/person/month*

* Accommodation in international student apartments must be applied for in advance

* Accommodation fees are based on the actual dormitory stay, and the fees do not include

water and electricity bills
