Halloween on the Lake Returns, Plymouth Residents Encouraged Join in on Festivities

PLYMOUTH, Minn. – October 27, 2023 – The City of Plymouth invite all to Halloween on the Lake, a
free local event with a variety of family-friendly Halloween activities.
“It’s a really fun event where kids can come show off their costumes and take part in all kinds of fun,
they’ve really enjoyed it in the past and so we are excited for its bigger and better return,” says Plymouth
Recreation Supervisor, Jessie Koch. Check out some footage of last year’s Halloween on the Lake here.
Halloween at the Lake is open to the public with attractions including inflatables, family photo stations,
food trucks, pumpkin bowling, pumpkin golf, bingo, and an apple launcher. Also included at the event
will be children’s viewing of public safety vehicles, a hands-on Halloween sensory station, and a DJ
dance party. Several treat stations will be handing out various sweets and prizes while supplies last.
The event is hosted by the City of Plymouth Parks and Recreation, with the support of the Plymouth
Police Department and Plymouth Fire Department. The community Halloween celebration is at Parkers
Lake Playfield from 5-8 p.m. on Oct. 27. Complete details can be found here at the City of Plymouth

Visitors should bring money for purchasing from food trucks and local vendors. Costumes are encouraged
for all ages. Please keep in mind there will be children at this event, it is recommended to refrain from
wearing extremely scary costumes. All residents and other local publics are welcome and encouraged to
stop by, there are activities for all ages.
