BASF Site Assessment Audit Readiness.

Minutes of Meeting held on Sunday, 7th November 2023 at 2.00 pm at Hibiscus

The purpose of the Meeting was to discuss our readiness for the impending
BASF SITE ASSESSMENT AUDIT

1. Documents

Mastura to ensure that the document required are complete and place in a file
for BASF easy retrieval and checking. This include HSE and QC manuals,
Execution Team Organisation Chart and resume of each personnel stated in
the Chart.

2. HSE

Taman to ensure that Workshop complies with safety requirement such as

availability of fire extinguisher, proper signage and workshop is properly
housekept on the day prior to the visit.

Workshop personnel are required to wear proper personal protective

equipment (PPE) during the site visit and Taman will brief all workshop
personnel on the BASF Audit.

3. Availability of Equipment

Mastura and Shukur to ensure that the equipment listed in our equipment list
are available and in good conditions during the visit. If the equipment is not
available due to site use, we need to have document proof of our ownership
such for lorry, lorry registration card, other equipment such as photo, etc.

4. Corporate Presentation

Shazreen to present our Corporate Presentation slide. The presentation

should be short and precise. Project slide to emphasise on our past civil
contract such as: -

1. Carigali Civil PA and Hibiscus which has been completed

2. Current Civil PA which will expire in May 2024.
Also to highlight our project that near to BASF Gebeng, such as

1. Lynas Project
2. Kaneka Project

There was no other business, the meeting adjourned at 3.30 pm.
