V. Summary of Information:

On November 19,2023 police operatives of Iba Municipal Police Station Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation
Task Force (MAIDSOTF) had arrested a certain Brian Ursua for possession of illegal drugs and selling them. Upon
investigation, they gathered from Iba that the source of the illegal drugs was Ling Chua who lives in Subic, Zambales.
