In the management of professional sports, to get the best performance from athletes there are several

factors that must be managed such as :

1. training programs for athletes

2. the quality of the coach

3. athlete welfare

The focus for the athlete's welfare factors are 2 things

The first is salary

And the second is a bonus

The salary of an athlete must be regulated and standardized so that it is hoped that athletes who have
trained and are struggling will get enough to afford their needs and welfare.

A standardized salary for athletes must be made with the aim of rewarding athletes according to the
abilities and qualities of each athlete, besides that there is no gap and unfair competition between
athletes or clubs that oversee athletes, where clubs who are rich will be able to buy or pay good quality
athletes, while poor teams or clubs do not have that ability, so there will be uncompetitive competition

In addition to standardized salaries, to improve athlete performance bonuses can be given outside of
salary so that it is hoped that athletes or clubs will compete to show the best performance, not just
compete for players based on the financial ability of the club
