Assertion-Reason Based Question (2×1=2)

Each question consists of two statements, namely, Assertion (A) and Reason (R).For selecting the
correct answer, use the following code:
(a) Both Assertion (A) and Reason (R) are the true and Reason (R) is a correct explanation of
Assertion (A).
(b) Both Assertion (A) and Reason (R) are the true but Reason (R) is not a correct explanation of
Assertion (A).
(c) Assertion (A) is true and Reason (R) is false.
(d) Assertion (A) is false and Reason (R) is true

19 Assertion (A) : If n(A) = p and n( B) =q, then the number of relations from A to B is 2pq
Reason (R) : A relation from A to B is a subset of A × B
20 Assertion (A) : If Z= x+ iy, where Z is a complex number, then |𝑍|= 𝑥 + 𝑦
