KINDLY NOTE:

 Don’t depend on the ATMs at Yercaud to withdraw cash.

 Network and data connectivity is poor at Yercaud. Save an offline map of Yercaud in google
maps before you arrive at Yercaud.
 Strictly ensure that all pending dues are paid on arrival to Eshwar, Shaym or Danny.
All meals have veg and non-veg options.
 Extra beds in your rooms have been paid for.
 Room services, any additional food, beverage or alcoholic orders made from your room will be
billed to and borne by you directly then and there.
 Drivers will not be allowed at Grand Palace for stay or food. Accommodation on a sharing basis
is being facilitated by Siju (9442384368) at Hotel Shoba. Food and accommodation will be borne
by you for your driver. However, dinner for drivers is provided by us only at the Friday Evening
Event at Grange Resorts.
 All former teachers are being accommodated at Grange Resorts.
 Tips to matees etc are being taken care of by the organizing committee.
 The month of July is usually chill, windy and with intermittent rains. Please ensure warm
clothing. Kids and infants need to have their heads and ears covered from dew and cold wind.
 Our event photographer is at your service all through 2 days.
Shoot what, who, where, when you want - We’ll send the digital copy across after the event.
