students are not allowed to fill scholarship form.
2. All the Students are hereby informed that they have to
submit their scholarship form upto 02.01.2024 (General,
OBC, SC & ST Students) & 12.12.2023 (Minorities
Students) along with the entire required document.
3. Only those students whose Total Annual Income (Father +
Mother both income) upto Rs. 2,00,000/- can fill the
scholarship form as per rule of U.P. Scholarship Scheme
(Samaj Kalyan Department).
4. Government service employees are not allowed to fill
scholarship form.
5. General and SC category without counseling students are not
allowed to fill scholarship form.
6. After that no form will be entertained.

9. Photocopy of Graduation marksheet

10. Photocopy of Income certificate & verified copy (edistrict.up.gov.in)
11. Photocopy of Caste certificate & verified copy (edistrict.up.gov.in)
(Only for OBC, SC & ST Students)
12. Photocopy of Domicile certificate and verified copy (edistrict.up.gov.in)
13. Affidavit of Father’s Income (In the time of form submission)
14. Affidavit of Student Declaration (In the time of form submission)
15. Affidavit of Student Gapping (if applicable)
