WORK SMART NOT HARD

In this picture, elimination and assigning are two of the most effective management techniques.
Eliminating irrelevant and seemingly important chores that offer no constructive value and then
delegating them to professionals who can complete them. By freeing up time and energy that can
be used on more significant projects, eliminating superfluous duties can help you work smarter,
not harder. When you concentrate on the most important duties, you can be more efficient and
successful, freeing up time for other pursuits. Additional duties frequently produce additional
stress, making it difficult to focus on what is important. By eliminating these duties, you can help
reduce stress and increase productivity. Furthermore, removing unnecessary activities might help
you gain greater control over your time, allowing you to prioritize the tasks that are most
important to you. By eliminating unimportant tasks, you can focus more on the tasks that are
most important and require the most effort. This allows you to focus your energy on important
tasks and also allows you to have more time for creative thinking and problem solving.
Eliminating unnecessary tasks contributes to a more efficient and successful workflow. When
you focus on reducing jobs that aren't necessary or offer value, you'll have more time to focus on
tasks that will have a bigger impact and are more likely to help you achieve your goals. You may
spend more time on vital tasks that will help you attain your goals more efficiently and
effectively if you eliminate irrelevant tasks. This means you can reach your goals by working
smarter rather than harder.
To summarize it in simple way, don’t overcomplicate things. Before beginning any challenging
work, perform quick mental calculations to determine how long it will take. If it appears that it
will take a long time, consider whether there is an easier, faster, and more efficient method to do
it. How do you eliminate any inconvenience or redundancy, and how can you optimize or
automate portions of the work, if not the full task? Can it be automated, and how can you make it
easier and faster (without losing quality)? Making a tough work simple frees up some of your
limited energy allotment for something more difficult or worthy of your time and energy.
