RRPL CASE STUDY
OBJECTIVE OF CASE STUDY:-
Step 1: First we did a market survey of the entire vicinity. In that, we did the nearby
projects' competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, and marketing strategy. Finally, the
NICE analysis (Need, Interest, Concurs, and Expectation) of the customers helped
us to identify our TG.

Step 4: Digital Activation Strategy which was viral and increased footfall. On-
ground Strategy which includes a sales pitch, explanation, sample flat
presentation, and physical evidence. We did process innovation instead of going
for direct booking we went for Tokens (Gold and Platinum), Then we launched it
after taking tokens for 90 days.
Step 5: During the launch event we had live music, a magic show, and interactive
activity. This created excitement amongst the customers. By using Grid and Fear
method we opened the booking of 150 Premium flats in our mobile app out of
which 130 got sold in 5 minutes using technology and innovation.
Customers were very happy and excited to get their new homes and the builders
were happy with the strategic service of RRPL as they got premium value with
good velocity.
Conclusion: We sold 130 flats in 90 days. We sold at a premium rate of 12% more
than the market rate.
