In our research we found that it's become easy to schedule an appointment in

both private and government hospitals as they both are on online platforms for
booking the appointment.

7.How long do you wait beyond your appointment time to be seen by a doctor?

In our research we found that in private hospitals we don't have to wait so long in
line ( max wait time 30 min ) and in government hospitals we have to wait for a
long time to meet the doctor.

8 Are you satisfied with available facilities?

In our research Maximum people maximum people strongly agree and they are
from private hospitals because private hospitals timely upgrade their
infrastructure. And most of the people in agree are also from private hospitals
and most people in neutral are from government hospitals.
9 Was the hospital clean and

In our research Maximum people said yes and they are from private hospitals
because they believe that private hospitals maintain the cleanliness and hygiene.

This is a rating from scale 1 to 5.

our research most people opt neutral because the overall stay in both the
hospitals are the same clean and hygienic at the same time. Public hospitals are
unable to provide high-quality medical care due to budget constraints. Private
medical facilities often have minimal if any patient waiting times.
13 How would you rate your treatment

our research public hospital are those that are funded and operated by the
government. Private hospitals provide excellent care for patients. That's why
most people strongly agree to opt for private hospitals.

14 Is hygiene always maintained in the hospital?

In our research we found out that 20% in this are NO and in 80% are YES. 49
people for private hospitals said yes and 31 people said yes for maintaining
hygiene in the hospitals (both).
