    A suspended bridge of about 40m span is recommended at waypoint 920 over the stream, as a wooden bridge is not feasible due to the planned intake at the stream and landslide risk approaching it. A suspended bridge would provide a safer and more durable structure. A detailed geological study and other required surveys are recommended to construct the suspended bridge, as shown by the example of a similar suspended bridge at the Tilicho Trail.

    RECOMMENDATION FOR SUSPENDED BRIDGE AT WAY POINT 920

    Over the stream shown below a suspended Bridge seems necessary of about 40 m span. A wooden bridge
    doesnot seem feasible as intake is suggested at the stream and also the approach to the stream is in the
    verse of landslide . So for the safety and long lasting structure a suspended bridge looks best .
    Hence it is recommended to conduct a detail geological study and required other survey for the
    construction of the suspended bridge. An example of the similar case is shown below from the trail to tilicho
    lake.
