First DaaS Company in APAC Hybr1d, Got Funded By 1982 Ventures

Hybr1d platform unified IT management solutions. Founded in 2021 in Singapore by a serial entrepreneur.

1982 Ventures supports Hybr1d.io, a company that offer multiple solutions such as assisting in
tracking all the devices in one place, employee onboarding and offboarding, time management,
device procurement, and security with 24/7 customer support.

• Hybr1d.io received funding from 1982 Ventures and well-known investors and angels.
• Hybr1d.io is a DaaS (Device as a Service) company to disrupt U$D126B DaaS market in APAC
(excluding China).
• With this funding Hybr1d.io expect to grow its team and expand the market across The Asia
Pacific

Hybr1d was founded by Yoan Kamalski (CEO), Pauline Wetzer (COO), and Aditya Anand (CTO). Yoan
and Pauline have been working together at Hmlet. A co-living company founded by Yoan to tackle
apartment renting problem in Singapore.

Starting in early 2021, Hybr1d targeting U$D4 million in the first 18 months of operation. They will
start with companies whose headquarters in Singapore and Hongkong looking to hire employees in
Southeast Asia and India. As this industry is new, especially in Asia, Hybr1d offer one stop solution
with their core value propositions. First is Equip, package for equipment supplies, software, and
furniture. The second one is Manage, Hybr1d can work as inventory, remote work, and device
management. The last one is support, they also offer cyber security services and customer service if
customers want to repair and maintain their devices.

As a written on Yoan’s LinkedIn account, Hybr1d can send any devices to anywhere
in the world less than seven days.
As written on Forbes article, pandemic has changed our culture and remote working will here to
stay. In North America 25% of all employees will be remote by the end of 2022 and the number will
increase in 2023 and 79% of employees feeling more productive when they are working remotely.
These companies will hire third party to make remote working running smoothly. This is the
opportunity for Hybr1d as there is no incumbent player in APAC.

With some key persons from Hmlet as their founding team, Hybr1d is already beta testing with some
notable companies like; WeWork, Unabrands, Rainforest, Deskimo, etc.

The investment will be utilized to increase Hybr1d’s team and secured more customers in their
pipeline.
