Hierarchy of Management:

A workplace leadership structure known as hierarchical management places employees


under the control of their superiors and distributes authority according to rank. For
instance, the lowest ranking employee in a human resources department, the human
resources assistant, assists other H.R. staff with administrative tasks as needed. The
assistant is under the direction of the HR coordinator, who is overseen by an HR generalist.

Three Levels of Hierarchy of Management:


1. Top Manager:- Top-level managers are the top executives in a company. They are
the ones responsible for choosing the direction it takes. These individuals are at the
top one or two levels in an organization and hold titles such as
