After gathering all metal parts and accessories required for assembling, the procedure of making the
machine is listed below step by step.

• Start from the base.


• Install six wood legs.
• Install Z axis chamber.
• Assemble
• Assemble Z axis leadscrew and slides.
• Fix Z axis leadscrew and slides
• Install Z axis motor on wood base.
• Build XY axis, start from table at the top.
• Install screw nut connector underneath the table.
• Install leadscrew.
• Fix leadscrew
• Install cross roller guide of X axis.
• Complete X axis by add front and back cover (T sport)
• Install leadscrew beneath X axis.
• Fix X table on the base
• Install cross roller guide.
• Install two motors and complete XY table.
• Complete machine with encoder and limit switch.
