Nicola Grocery List

1. Olive oil (100% virgin)/Coconut oil

3. Cheese (any soft or hard cheese, unprocessed)
4. Full fat plain yoghurt small x4

6. Beef – sausage, mince, steak/stew
7. Pork (includes bacon and sausage)
8. 2 tins tinned Tuna (in salt water/brine not vegetable oil)

11. Onions (starchy so use sparingly for flavour)
12. Spices (Greenlist- Mixed herbs, Garlic, paprika, coriander, black
pepper, turmeric, cayenne pepper)
13. 1Head Broccoli
14. 1Head cauliflower
15. 1 Head Cabbage
16. 1 Lettuce
17. 1 pumpkin
18. 1 pack carrots
19. 1 pack green beans
20. 1 punnet baby marrows
21. 1 pack Mixed veggies (of choice, Greenlist)
22. 1 pack mushrooms (oyster/of choice)
23. Avocados
24. 1 English cucumber
25. Spinach, leafy green veggies
26. Strawberries
27. Blueberries/raspberries
28. 1 small box cocoa powder
29. Pink salt
30. Biltong
31. Chia seeds

Optional
- Non-nutritive sweetener of your choice (Erythritol, Xylitol or Stevia)
- 85% Lindt Dark Chocolate
-Carb smart salad dressing, Mayo, sauces
-1 bottle unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (with the ‘mother’)
-Any other CERTIFIED keto friendly alternatives (almond flour
cookies, sweets, ice cream etc)
