RULE 1
Citation.

DOMESTIC MEDIATION
NOTE:
The sum to be charged on mediator’s fee for time
spent in mediation above three (3) hours in a day
shall be on a pro rata hourly basis at the rate of
KES 5,000/= per hour.

INTERNATIONAL MEDIATION
NOTE:
The sum to be charged on mediator’s fee for time
spent in mediation above three (3) hours in a day
shall be on a pro rata hourly basis at the rate of
USD 200 per hour.

3. Each of the undersigned undertakes to the
parties and the Mediator that the following will
be privileged and will not be disclosed in or relied
upon or be the subject of any subpoena to give
evidence or to produce documents in any arbitral
or judicial proceedings between the parties to
the mediation—
