LEAD BUYER (JL)

SOFTWARE ENGINEER (IS)
 Proficient with one or more of the usual programming
languages used in data analytics – Java, Python, R
 Good mathematical and statistical foundations
 Familiarity with MySQL and related database
management systems
 Familiarity with modern web application development
frameworks will be a bonus
 Eager to learn the application of industrie 4.0 on
manufacturing
 Good communication and presentation skills
 Fresh graduates are welcome
EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (YAR)
- D3 or S1 Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/
Mechatronics Engineering
- Mechanical : Hands on AutoCAD or SolidWork (2D/3D)
- Electrical / Mechatronics : Experience with PLCs, Servo
and other Motion Controls, Sensors and Vision System
- Good Understanding of Pneumatic System Integration
- Fresh graduates are welcome
HR MANAGER (JGP)
- Bachelor degree from Psychology qualifications with -
relevant 7 years of experience in handling all related
activities of HR.
- Having experience handling manpower about 2.000
employees.
- Familiar with labor regulation, include BPJS,
Immigration permit for expatriate and ensures
organisation legal compliance by monitoring and
implementing applicable human resource
requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining
records, and representing the organization to external
government bodies.
- Experience in handle Training and worker
development.
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing,
updating, human resource policies and procedures.
- Completes human resource operational requirements
by scheduling and assigning employees and following
up on work results.
- Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting,
orienting, and training employees.
- Manage general affair inhouse clinic, bus
transportation, canteen operator, etc
- Positive and proactive attitude towards Work
- Good English written and communication skill
- Good leadership
HR OFFICER (NS)
- D3/S1 in any major
- Understanding regulations about national insurance (BPJS
Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan)
- Able to handle process and payroll administration (attendan
annual leave, etc)
- Expert in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Able to speak and communicate in English
- Good in analytical and communication
- Positive and proactive attitude toward work
