RIWAY NETWORK PROGRAMME

Introduction
RIWAY Network Programme is a business model for distributors to
earn an income, through accumulating RW points from their bonus.

RW points can be accumulated by a various of incentive schemes:


1. Referral Bonus (RB)

2. Development Bonus (DB)

3. Matching Bonus (MB)

* RW Bonus are calculated on a daily basis. RW points can be converted to cash or to purchase products.

RW1 = PHP43 (product purchase)


RW1 = PHP38.7 (encashment)

For cash withdrawal:


• If request for cash withdrawal are made during the first half of the month (1st - 15th),
distributors will be able to receive the cheque on 20th of the same month.
• If request for cash withdrawal are made after 15th of the month (16th - end month),
distributors will only receive the cheque on the 5th of the following month.

1. How to start?
You will need to first purchase a package plan in order to start your
distributorship in RIWAY. The type of package plan you purchase will
determine your entitlement of RW in the incentive schemes.

2. Organisation Tree
There are 2 types of organisation tree you need to take note of.
Your organisation tree will determine how much RW you can earn.

2.1 Sponsor Tree 2.2 Placement Tree


Sponsor Tree indicates the number of direct Placement Tree indicates the placement of your
downlines that you have sponsored who will downline, on your left and right channel. You can
appear as your Level One, and those that your only have 1 left and 1 right channel in your
Level One directly sponsored, will appear as your Placement Tree.

3. Referral Bonus (RB)
RB is calculated based on the purchases of product made by the
person you have referred. The RB % will depend on your entry plan.

• RB is a one time bonus.

• There are no minimum or maximum number of people
required to be sponsored.

4. Development Bonus (DB)
DB is earned when your left and right channel develop sales based
on the lesser sales channel.

5. Matching Bonus (MB)
MB is calculated from 10% of the DB earned by your downline,
based on the following table.

A Team Supreme leader must successfully nurture at

organisational line to acquire 1 ring.

A ring that is produced under a single Sponsor Tree can contribute to the organisational
line, but in the event that it produces more than 1 ring, the ring colour of the highest
level will be used to represent that organisation’s ring colour, which will then supersede
the other coloured rings in that same organisational line.

NUMBER OF RINGS

In order to acquire 2 or more rings, one must meet and maintain the same
requirements in another 1 or more Sponsor Tree.

When a Team Supreme leader successfully nurtures a Team Supreme Pegasus 5


or above leader in any of the organisational tree, that Team Supreme leader
will be represented by its respective ring number and ring colour.

RING POSITION

The total number of rings and the ring colour will determine the position order of
a Team Supreme leader in the ranking system; when there are 2 Team Supreme
leaders with the same rank, then the leader with more rings will be higher in
position; when the rank and the number of rings are the same, then the leader
with a ring colour that is of higher level will be higher in position.

RIWAY International’s Highest Honorary Rank — To attain the rank of Draco Seat
of Honour, your team must have 9 Team Supreme Pegasus 5 (Πε) or above ranking,
in 9 different organisational lines.
