Motivations and goals:
I would like to study abroad to enhance my knowledge and professional skills in the field of Information and
Telecommunication. The field of Information and Telecommunication has always been attractive to me. In the
era of interconnected world, information and communication technologies play an important role in shaping
the way we live, work and interact. My interest in this field has grown through my academic background in
Electronic and Telecommunication, where I realized the potential of information and telecommunication
technologies to revolutionize industries and connect people globally. So that, I intend to my career objective is
to be Wireless Communication, and master’s course at Soongsil University is a perfect chosen for me to
achieve my goal.
I have chosen Soongsil University because of the school’s reputation and excellent educational quality in the
field of Information and Technology. I appreciated the school’s long history and its benefits for students. I
believe that this program at Soongsil University will provide me with the comprehensive education and
practical experience necessary to achieve my goals.

Academic background
I completed my undergraduate studies in Electronics and Telecommunications at Hanoi University of
Industry. Throughout my undergraduate studies, I have demonstrated excellence in academics as a
valedictorian. During my 4 years at university, I was an excellent student in studying and training and received
the encouraging study scholarship in all semesters.
I actively engaged in research and studying at the LPI-HAUI Lab at Hanoi University of Industry. These
studying and working environments allowed me to study deeper into the field of Electronic and
Telecommunication. In addition, I joined the Academic Club FEA within the department, further enhancing my
understanding of the subject matter. To broaden my skill set, I successfully completed the “Micro controller
Engineering” course, which is part of the engineering training program provided by Vitask and is a
cooperation program between Vietnam and Korea’s universities.

These academic experiences have provided me with a strong foundation and a passion for furthering my
studies in Wireless Communication.

Future study plan

In the initial phase of the master’s program, I will build a strong knowledge foundation in Wireless
Communication. I intend to focus on core courses such as: signal processing, wireless communication
principle, optimization theory, ensuring a deep understanding of wireless communication. I also aim to gain a
deep understanding of the underlying theories and principles in these areas. Simultaneously, I will actively
engage with members at the Wireless Communication Lab to identify research interests for my articles.
Besides, I will also improve my foreign language to best serve my studies, research and communication with
everyone.
During the subsequent semesters, I plan to explore advanced topics and actively participate in research
projects related to wireless communication. I aim to collaborate with esteemed faculty members to deepen
my knowledge and hands-on experience in the field. At the same time, I will also ensure that I complete my
studies well and achieve good results.
In the final year, I will research and write scientific journal papers and publish them in high-ranking journals.
