AGENDA HIGHLIGHTS/AGRREEMENTS
1. Appointment of Sangguniang Hon. Ogalesco in concurrence with
Kabataan Secretary and the SK Member appointed Ms.
Geramae Turado and Ms. French
Treasurer
Trishia Obogne as SK treasurer and
secretary respectively.

2. Schedule of Regular SK Meetings The schedule for the regular SK

and KK Consultations
meetings was set to be held on the 3rd
Saturday of every month as proposed
by Hon. Barcelona and concurred by
the SK council however the kk
consultations is not yet finalize due to
unavailability of other members.

3. Schedule of KK profiling The schedule of KK profiling is set to

be held next year, January 2023 as
proposed by the sk-chairperson, Hon.
Ogalesco
4. Initial Discussion of Action Plan The sk-chairperson together with the
member agreed that this will be
discuss in the next meeting because
the amount fund for 2024 is not yet
known.
5. December Activity/ Planning for The council draft planned is a 2 days
December Event youth camp and the full plan about it
will be discuss either in group chat of
the council in messenger or in the
next meeting.
6. Other Matters The council agreed to have 3
tarpaulins customized
and made to serve as the SK council’s
traditional
medium of disseminating information
(time, date, and
venue) about the conduct of the SK
assemblies every
quarter.

logo as an identity of Sk council of
sicmil and make a resolution for it to
be able to be an offical logo of the
council.
