Memory Card Template
Make your own memory games using these steps:

1.) Print the template you like – using cardstock helps these games last longer.

2.) Cut out the cards.

3.) Write your matches on the back of the cards. (Possible matches: math facts and their
answers, clocks and the times shown, shapes and the number of sides, vocabulary words and
their definition, words and the number of syllables, important historical figures and a fact
about them etc. The possibilities are endless!)

4.) Laminate the cards to create a game that lasts longer.

5.) Place in an envelope, baggie or container and include in your centers.

6.) Be sure to model with your class before asking students to play independently.
