Kaiser Windowing Technique
the width of the main lobe is inversely proportional to the length of the
filter.
As the length of the filter is increased, the width of the main lobe
becomes narrower and narrower, and the transition band is reduced
considerably.
In a Kaiser window, the side lobe level can be controlled with respect to the
main lobe peak by varying a parameter, alfa. The width of the main lobe can
be varied by adjusting the length of the filter. The Kaiser window function is
given by
