Employees towards to owners and Co-owners

 Each employee regardless of position or rank must act in accordance with the
store's policy, orders, rules, regulations, guidelines etc. applicable from time to
time.
 Each employee is expected by management to act properly. Employees are
required to act in a way that supports operational effectiveness, productivity,
safety, and a positive workplace culture.

Employees toward the customers

1. Treat anyone with respect.


2. Maintains a positive attitude in every situation.
3. Be persistent and determined to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the
service received in order to provide them a great experience.
4. In case the customer asks about a product, it is crucial for employees to be
knowledgeable about it.
5. The management anticipates that employees will communicate effectively
with customers in both verbal and nonverbal ways.

6. Employees must greet customers politely when they enter and leave the
store.
