"Mother Nature's Sports Drink" is another name for coconut water, or buko juice,

among Filipinos. It is made of pure coconut water, a natural isotonic beverage rich in

potassium and magnesium, and contains a significant amount of vitamin B such as

thiamin, which aids in muscle strengthening, fatigue prevention, and normal heart

function. Furthermore, not only does Buko Juice taste good, but it is also the

cheapest beverage available. The product benefits and nourishes the clients' bodies

in addition to quenching their thirst.

The process of making a coconut shake begins with sanitizing the workplace,

followed by cleaning and sanitizing the employees hands to forearm, and preparing

the ingredients such as syrup, sugar, and water on low heat before preparing the

utensils to be used. First step is to pour the coconut meat, syrup, evaporated milk

into a blender and blend it for at least 10-20 seconds before adding the crushed ice

and slightly blending again. After blending, transfer it in a cup with shredded coconut,

pandan, and nata as toppings, and top with whatever fruit you want, such as fresh

bananas, apples, cherries, or lychee.
