• I (Sanjiv Mitragotri) have been a freelancer working on Consulting assignment of various natures and complexity since June 2014
• Prior to that, I have been associated with various Consulting and Services MNC’s like PwC, Infosys, Sungard as well as Banks like ANZ
Singapore and Standard Chartered Bank to name a few.

Basis the details provided – Following is my understanding of your requirement and the associated Scope of Work as a SME Consultant for
Technology reorganisation:
• Consultant with all round expertise in Technology and Business applications development
• Should have expertise of reviewing the existing Technology landscape, Business processes, identifying strong and weak areas
• Understand clients problem statement & the objectives for this particular engagement

This engagement will be executed in 2 phases


• Discovery phase – Approx. duration 2 weeks
• Analysis and Evaluation phase – To be estimated during Discovery phase

Execution Approach
Approach Overview - Discovery Phase
• Understand Clients objectives and prioritise the various objectives to be fulfilled
• High level Technology profiling as well as Business processes profiling
• Identifying appropriate tools and utilities for profiling
• Determine various Checklists to be created for Analysis and Evaluation phase
• Provide a detailed execution approach along with timelines to complete the engagement

• Detailed study of existing technology systems, technology stack (Hardware, OS, Programming languages, Databases, Messaging and
load balancing infrastructure etc.)
• Mapping of Business processes with existing applications and understanding business users pain points/ issues/ challenges
• Review of collated information (Business process pain points, Technology stack, applications)
• Identify areas of improvement along with high level approach and estimate for implementing changes
• Present the draft findings for a detailed and critical review of the improvements
• Agreement on the changes to be implemented

Commercials for the role of Project Leader and performing activities as described in the ‘Scope of Work’

• Approximate Schedule and Duration of this engagement : 2 months (To be finalized after Discovery phase)
• Billing Rate / Fees – USD 60/ hour
• Estimated Monthly fees (160 hours/ month) – USD 9,600/-
• Payment Terms : Monthly based on number of hours spent on the project
• Timesheets will be submitted on a weekly basis reflecting the activities performed and time spent on various project activities.

Terms and Conditions:


• All charges quoted are exclusive of GST, other levies, if any
• Payment – Immediately after completion of the month (30 days duration)
• Payments once made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No travel is required and estimated for this project work. Any travel related to Project shall be mutually agreed upon as and when the need
arises and shall be handled accordingly.
