Our partner is a leading global energy company and a state-owned
oil company and is a major player in the global energy market. It
has operations across the upstream, midstream, and downstream
sectors, producing over a million barrels of oil per day and holding
the fifth largest proven oil reserves in the world.

The company has been expanding into new markets and


diversifying its business in recent years, while also demonstrating
a strong commitment to ensuring the safety of its employees,
contractors, and the communities in which it operates.
Our partner was facing several challenges in managing safety
incidents, near-misses, and hazards across its offshore and
onshore facilities. Keeping track of all safety incidents in a
timely and organized manner via manual reporting was
time-consuming.

A centralized system was needed for collecting and analyzing

was approached to design a dynamic safety management
system that would address these challenges and improve the
