The inefficient tracking and management of client’s hardware and software


configurations, which leads to a lack of accessibility, security, and documentation
for critical information is the main problem of the Coastline System Consulting. This
includes managing passwords and configurations, managing customer support
requests, and keeping track of various hardware components and their guarantee
durations.
BRIEF STATEMENT OF EXPECTED SOLUTION

Develop a centralized, and secure internet application that integrates the client hardware and software
configurations. This solution may offer a user-friendly interface that will make it easy for the client and
technicians to access, update, and document each of the information such requests and changes.
Additionally, system will include barcode scanning capabilities for hardware installation and produce
insightful data to aid attempts at ongoing development.
