A:Thank you for inviting me to this interview. It's great to be here and have the opportunity to discuss
my qualifications for the position of hotel receptionist at the Grand Hotel.
I have worked in Chinatown , and I believe it has prepared me well for this position. For example, in
my work I was responsible for greeting customers , and ensuring that they had an enjoyable
experience. I believe that these skills would translate well to the role of a hotel receptionist, as I would
be responsible for greeting customers.
B:Ok great.
A: Can you tell me about your availability for working at night and on the weekends?
B: As a hotel receptionist, the working hours can vary depending on the needs of the hotel and the
schedule assigned to me by my supervisor. Generally, hotel receptionists work in shifts, which may
include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight shifts.
A:Do you have any knowledge of other languages that would be useful in this position?
B:In this job, in addition to English, it is important to speak Italian because many Italians visit us in
this hotel.
A:I don't have any prior experience speaking Italian, but I'm willing to learn the language if it is
necessary for the work.
A:If I am very good at using the computer, I have a title from a video game course in Madrid
A:Could you give me an idea of what the salary for this position is?
B:Can you tell me when you would be available to start if you were offered the position?
A:. If I were offered the position, I would be available to start within two days.
A: oh really
B:Yes Juanillo!!
