Instructional Video Questions

Introduction

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to participate in this test. I really appreciate you taking the

time to do this. Gathering this feedback is incredibly helpful for me in learning to create effective

user documentation.

I’ll be starting this session by asking a few questions, and then we will move on to the test

portion, where I’ll set up the instructional video for you and you can follow the steps on your

own laptop.

Please remember to be honest with your feedback! Don’t worry about mistakes or confusion.

Ok, great. Now if you’ll open up the Spotify app on your computer and make sure you’re logged

in and on the home page (the one matching the video).

Now I’ll set up the instructional video.
