Evangelical Baptist
Mission Evangélique Baptiste du Sud d'Haïti) is a Baptist Christian
association of churches in Haiti, headquartered in Les Cayes. Mission of South Haiti
MEBSH is a member of the Protestant Federation of Haiti, the Mission Evangélique Baptiste du
Evangelical Council of Haitian Churches and the Baptist World Sud d'Haïti
Alliance.

Evangelical Baptist Mission of South Haiti (MEBSH) began with Theology Baptism
the evangelistic efforts of repatriated Haitians from Cuba in the Associations Baptist
1920s.[1] The organization was officially formed in 1936 in Les World
Cayes when the movement's leaders invited the non- Alliance
denominational agency World Team (then West Indies Mission) to
Headquarters Les Cayes,
open a Bible school.[2][3][4]

In 1958, the Mission founded Radio Lumière in Les Cayes.[5][6] Origin 1936

It manages the Lumière Hospital in Bonne Fin and the Lumière Health Center in Les Cayes. [13]
