PRESENTATION • Pnonunciation: suffix-ion


• 1.Ask Ss to pick our the unnecessary letter to make correct words
• 2.Show the answers,then ask Ss “what do those words have in common”
->To get Sts approach with the words ending in “-ion”
3.Show the rule,how to pronoun and stress words with suffix-ion
4.Ask Sts to practice with the ending-ion-words given
5.Show the answer,T reads the words ,and ask the whole class to repeat,
Then asks individual to repeat to make sure SS know how to prounce and
Stress.
Grammar : “will” and “be going to”

1.Create a situation by a question

What do you think education is going to be like in the future?

+I think,we will have robot teachers in every class.

+We’re going to have more interactive whiteboards because many schools are using them now

2.Elicit form from Ss of “will” and”be going to” on the board

Will: S+will+V0

Be going to: S+be going to+V0

3.Then again show the form,usage,signal on the screen .

4.Clarify the same and difference points of using will and be going to to make sure SS get the

Point and don’t misunderstand.

PRACTICE -Exercise b:Ask Ss to do exercise in pairs,then go to the board and write it down.

-Exercise c:

+Help Ss know the meaning of 6 given words in order to help them fill in the

Blank exactly.

+Ask Sts to stand up to give answer then explain why they choose that anwer.
