Mama Mary – Full of Grace

Who loves us very, very much!

My dear friends, helpers and benefactors, I am writing to you in the

month of May dedicated to the Virgin Mary. Writing in front of the
Blessed Eucharist, as I usually do.
Since childhood I dedicated my life to Mary. My mother, Lorenza,
presented me, as a baby, to Our Lady of Mount Carmel. I am her son
and she is my mother. I endeavour to know her personally. I feel her
loving presence every day. She worked great miracles for me. Many
times she saved my life, my religious vocation, and my priesthood. In
my great trials and pain I turned to her and there she was. It was her as
suffering mother. She offered her life and suffering for humanity. My
brothers and sisters do not lose your suffering but like Mary offer it to
God. Mary and her husband Joseph taught more with their lives’
example and also with their unspoken words.
I went to Lourdes five times, mostly as a chaplain, with pilgrim groups.
For me, as I suppose for many others, it was a time to experience heaven
on earth. Still ringing in my ears, but more in my soul the singing
Laudate, Laudate, Laudate Maria. In Lourdes I heard pilgrims saying;
‘Mary take me under your patronage.’ Which impressed me and in
Lourdes I gave myself to Mary. And Mary listened to me and if it were
not for her I would not be around. And also the orphanage in Peru. At
the beginning I consecrated the whole venture to the Immaculate Heart
of Mary. Against all odds, the orphanage is still going, now for 34
years. I strongly believe that it is a living mystery of Mary.
What does Mary want from us? To become Saints. How? Like all the
saints, to Love the Eucharist and to Love Her.
Offered her daily life and all that it brings, joys and sorrows and little
things that come along … with love.
This month I meditated the three greatest privileges of Mary …
• Her Motherhood,
• The Immaculate Conception and
• Her Assumption into heaven.
Yet how humble she was, the servant of the Lord! The Immaculate
Conception is my favourite title of Mary, for it means the Holiness of
Mary.
Helpers, you and the orphanage are a living miracle of Mary, for
savings lives for so many years. How can you explain it otherwise?
Persecution after persecution that seems impossible to overcome. Yet
we are still going on. We are witnessing the miracle of Mary. We are
fighting back with the rosary of Mary.
The rosary is a sign of victory. Evil attacks, but we go forth with Mary.
Mary suffered; shall we not suffer too to imitate her? Jesus gave
himself to us. His second greatest gift to us is giving his mother to us
humans. He gave his mother to be the Queen of Angles and creation.
Take Mary into your home – your heart to protect you from evil which
surrounds us. The devil is very much afraid of Mary, the Queen of
Peace. Ask, pray to Mary to be your Mama. Before I die I recommend
you be intimate with the Eucharist and Mary. When you go to heaven
and see for the first time Mother Mary, what will you tell her? While
in Lourdes I was inspired to write this consecration prayer which I
recommend you to recite:
Queen of Heaven and Earth,
Queen of the Universe.
Gem of the Trinity.
Mother of your Creator.
Daughter of your Son.
Queen of Angles, and Humanity.
My Sweetest Mother of Mine.
My beloved Mother.
I greet you with the angelic words: Ave Maria.
How bright your name shines: Ave Maria.
How pleasing it is for you Son Jesus when we call you, when we praise
you, when we love you.
At this precise moment in my life I solemnly consecrate myself to you.
Give me your hand and lead me to your Son Jesus.
Bestow on me your holiness and protect me in order to arrive safely to
the place your Son Jesus has prepared for me so as to be united forever.
Holy Mary, I unite myself with your body, spirit and soul intellect with
all my capacities and all the Lord has endowed me. I also offer all my
suffering that I will pass through. Never permit me to distance myself
from you, because you are the channel of all graces, in order for me to
live on true values.
You are my strength and defence, because all I am is yours.
I greet you Mary, greet Jesus your son for me, I await you in my agony.
O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.
