- The door needs to be opened.
- Placing the tray on the table.
- Carrying the bill.

the suite.
- Checking where to serve.
- When not to ask questions.
This is the standard checklist before
serving the order.
3 Soups, Appetizers (Prawns, Aubergine Arslan, Abdullah, Hashim 30th Nov,23
Chips, Crispy Wontons), and Pizzas are to
be launched at MP. Menu to be provided
to the operations team by Abdullah and
to be updated on all OT platforms.
4 Move the oven from the cloud kitchen to Hashim, Arsalan 29th Nov,23
MP and the small stove is also supposed
to be replaced with the large stove at
MP so that Pizzas can be launched at MP
and a space can be created for moving
the Pizza Oven.
5 Abdullah to make some posts for the Abdullah 30th Nov
menu and advertise some posts on Food 2023
Panda and Instagram saying that these
new additions are made to the menu at
MP.
6 West Coast Beef Burger: Hashim 4th Dec,23
New recipe to be tested with two patties
of 150 gm each. When the recipe is
 presented, it will be with BOM and
costing.
7 NY Corn Beef Sandwich or other similar Hashim, Arsalan, 11th Dec,23
double or triple-decker burgers or Abdullah
sandwiches as per inspiration photos
provided by GSB to be developed and
presented for trial along with the recipe.

8 The cookie on the skillet, recipe approval Hashim 30th Nov,23

memo will be shared with GSB by
Hashim. Once done, it will only be
launched for dine-in customers at MP,
KSP, and HLS.
9 Apple Cinnamon Cake, Peach Cake, and Hashim, Arsalan, 28th Nov,23
Lemon Cake are to be removed from the Abdullah
full cake into slices.
10 Arsalan to follow up with the coke Arsalan 28th Nov,23
vendor for discounts and ask whether or
not they have given us discounts in the
past.
11 The Food Panda menu and the overall Abdullah 29th Nov
menu at MP have been revised. Its 2023
implementation is to be carried out.

A new memo is to be sent to GSB

clarifying that removed items have been
reduced to 43 and 64 from 88 at HLS and
MP respectively.
12 Start social media ads for Giramondo. Abdullah 2nd Dec 2023
13 Small takeaway menus are to be printed Abdullah 5th Dec 2023
ASAP and continue to be sent with FP
and takeaway orders.
14 Engage Pattern App again, give them Abdullah 29th Nov,23
small targets and continue to grow with
partners like Pattern.
