    RE: LETTER OF SETTLEMENT FOR OUTANDING PAYMENT MACHINE – RM 22,280.00

    We refer to the above matter and the telephone conversation between our Mr. Lim and your Mr.
    Pathia on 6th December 2021 and our statement to you dated 30/09/2021.

    Please be informed that our Mr. Lim had permission to get approval from our company Auditor to
    give credit note of RM5,000.00 for your good office to settle our outstanding invoice for No.
    CS202001-049 (Model of Machine Infiniti Eco 1600-DX11)in the sum of RM 42,500.00. The payment
    shall best to receive by us before 30th December 2021 which is accepted by our auditor or
    accountant officer.

    We would appreciate it if you could prepare the payment of RM 17,280.00 to us as stated the above
    as soon as possible for our further action.

    Please do not hesitate to contact our Mr.Lim for further query.
