1. Introduce yourself/ Tell us about yourself/ Take me through your resume.

Hello, Sir/Mam. Good Morning. My name is Anubhav Chakraborty. I am

from Kolkata. I have done my B.Tech in Biotechnology from Amity
University Kolkata. Currently, I am pursuing MBA from Pune Institute
of Business Management. Recently, I have done one live project
internship with Pantaloons from 1st Oct – 15th Oct.

2. Tell us something about your family background.

I have a family of three, that is, me, my father and my mother. My father
is a retired Defense personnel and my mother is a homemaker. Due to my
father’s job, I have travelled across different states in India, such as I was
born in Pune, then started my education in Jaipur, then Kolkata, Jabalpur
and Jalandhar.

3. Can you tell us why you chose this company and why you want to work
for us as an intern?

I am interested in this company because of its values and principles. I’m

impressed by its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. I
believe that my skills in marketing and social media can help promote
these values and contribute to the company’s growth.

4. Can you explain a situation where you did not meet your goals and
objectives?

To me, not achieving the goals and objectives set for me is like a failure
to me. After my higher secondary, I wanted to go ahead with VFX and
for that, I was selected to a college in Bangalore. But my father was
serving his last years in the Army at that time, and he was posted back to
Kolkata. Hence, he wanted me to do something by staying in Kolkata.
 Now at that time, my father asked me to do Biotechnology from Amity,
just because my 2 cousins were in that field. During the 4 years of my
graduation, I was very poor in my studies, and during the later stage, I
understood it wasn’t my cup of tea. During my graduation, I used to get
1-2 backs in most of the semesters. But during my final semester, I set
my goal not to get any backpaper, and clear it in 1 go, and I did it. But
later I was held back since I had an attendance issue during semester 4,
and I had to give one paper again. It was truly a frustrating, depressing
and stressful situation for me.

But later I decided to give myself a break, get some experience and then
do masters after proper thought of what I should be doing.
