Ans. Yes, I have completed my all NEBOSH IGC classes and study material as they instructed

Q. 2. Are you confident enough to attempt the exam & achieve the certificate successfully? (4)

Ans. Yes, I’m sure to attend the exam and successfully to get the certificate

Q. 3. Where have you attended your IGC Classes? in case of other than ‘Aspire’ can you provide
the authentic attendance certificate / proof? (4)

Ans. No, I have not attended any classes other than ‘Aspire’ and In Aspire I have attended my
classes all through virtual in ZOOM application, If required yes I can submit my proof of
attendance and link of classes scheduled with registration

Q. 4. If you have completed it with Aspire, how did you find Trainings & your Tutor particularly? (6)

Ans. I’m really satisfied with tutor and training as they provided, especially the tutor behavior is
so good toward delegates he was calm to all kind of question and doubts, Also he can be
approachable even after classes which means really appreciated.

Q. 5. While recommending your friend ‘Aspire’ for NEBOSH IGC, give financial reasons to satisfy
him/her for the money to be paid here. (8)

Ans. I would like to refer my friend, Reasons why I recommending them to get knowledge about
safety very important because the nature of job where we’re working, Then Aspire training
material and their responses are very good enough comparing to other, Financially helpful as
you can pay the fee at installment basis with effective price in market

Ans. Risk assessments steps include;

1. Identifying the hazard


2. Assess the risk (Who might be harmed and how)
3. Control the risk (Evaluate and decide on control measure)
4. Implementation (Record your findings and treat the risk)
5. Review your assessment and update if neccessary

Ans: EFAW = Emergency first aid at work

ALARP = As low as reasonably practicable

WRULD = Work related upper limb disorders

MSDS = Material safety data sheet

Ans. Key elements for development implement and follow up of Occupational health safety and
management system such as,

 Implementation of operation and inspection of premises, Equipment, Workplace and
work practices
 Measuring performances and investigation of incidents
 Auditing and reviewing performances

Q. 9. What is Hazard? (2)

Ans. Hazard is substance or source which can potentially cause harm to person (injury or illness),
Environment and damage to property.

Q. 10. What is Risk? (2)

Ans. Risk means something chance to happen that will give impact negatively and it reflects the
likelihood and potential consequences of unwanted situation.
