• To reconcile physical and system stocks daily with all supply locations and with Stock Controller to
ensure zero variance.
• To keep track of stock positions at all supply locations with close coordination with Depot/ transport team
and manage the products movement accordingly.
• To monitor order registration of all Fuels / Lube / car care and solar products in SAP.
• To monitor the Plan/Schedule of credit clear orders for deliveries from designated supply locations in an
efficient manner to optimize logistics resources to the maximum possible extent.
• To monitor the invoice/ STOs generation in SAP efficiently without any mistakes.
• Ensure through coordination with supply points for delivery of product as per agreed centralized order
taking procedure.
• To keep proper record/traceability of order, invoice and STO cancellations and product return/ invoice
reversal cases and proper closure of the reversals.
• No cross-envelope deliveries/ movements / diversion without proper approvals.
• Maintain and circulate all relevant reports, clear orders list, scheduling, and daily dispatch reports to all
concerns.
• To monitor all fuels, lube invoices generation of all COCO sites on daily basis.
• To perform hospitality invoices monthly according to the details shared by the Finance & Costing
department.
• To keep close coordination with commercial team for day-to-day routine business.
• To monitor secondary shortage booking in SAP on weekly basis with close coordination with transport
team.
