Dear Kimberly,
How about everything? How are you doing? I hope you feel comfortable and
happy with your job, what's more, I would like you to communicate any question
that surrounds your head at any time. The truth, when we conducted the job
interview, we didn’t have not doubt at any time that you would be the ideal
person to fill the position, and we were not wrong. All this time you've been here,
we've all got to know you more thoroughly, discovering how committed and
attentive you are at work.
I want you to know that you can count on me to solve any type of problem,
whether work or personal. If something happens that could affect your
performance at work in any way, I would like you to let me know. I understand
that some situations can overwhelm us, but I need customers to get a very good
first impression of our service, since we work in front of the public and the
treatment we give them is the most important thing. In the event that you need
any respite, let me know and we will put a solution, but please try not to express
your discomfort to customers, as they will take a bad image of us.
Anyway, your camaraderie and professionalism are impeccable. We have no
doubt of your great skill, as well as your work skills. From my department, we
want to encourage you to continue evolving and working as you have done so
far, keep it up.
Best regards,
Sheila.
