3.3.1.1 MACHINE STATE

PUSH “RESET” BUTTON It indicates that the RESET key has to be


pressed.
MANUAL MODE It indicates that the manual mode has been
selected
AUTOMATIC MODE It indicates the automatic operation of the
Premix
CIP MODE It indicates that the CIP mode has been selected
SELECT WORK/CIP It indicates that either production or CIP mode
must be selected
NO WATER It indicates: water lack
NO SYRUP It indicates: syrup lack
SELECT SPARKLING WATER It indicates that the SPARKLING WATER
option has been selected
SELECT SOFT DRINK It indicates that the SOFT DRINK option has
been selected
PRESSURE TANK IN LOADING It indicates that the pressure is reaching the

1 MIXER TEMPERATURE (P642N) It allows to set the offset value of the mixing
tank temperature probe
2 CO2 VALUE ALARM It allows to set the CO2 minimum value. If
the CO2 value is lower than the set minimum
value an alarm occurs.
3 CO2 VALUE ALARM It allows to set the CO2 maximum value. If
the CO2 value is higher than the set
maximum value an alarm occurs.
4 NORMAL BRIX VALUE ALARM It allows to set the normal Brix minimum

3.4 USE OF SUPERVISOR

This machine is equipped with a touch-screen device to manage process phases.


Press the item selected, directly on the screen, to return to pages, page up/down screens
and modify the relevant fields.

3.5 SCREEN ACCESS AND PARAMETERS EDITING

The following chapter describes how to modify machine working parameters by the
relevant screens.
For safety reasons, the editing of some parameters is protected by a code (Password) to
be inserted before datum is modified.
Technicians not informed about the password, are not authorized to data editing.

PARAMETERS EDITING PROTECTED BY PASSWORD IS TO


BE PERFORMED BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY.
